Word processing / typing

Typing or reformatting of correspondence, invoices, manuals, press releases, manuscripts and other documents to be returned to you by email.

If you want to create the right impression with professional looking documents containing properly formatted headers, footers, page numbers, etc., it can be time consuming and frustrating if you’re not familiar with Microsoft Word or don’t use it often. Alex can reformat your documents, or create them from scratch.


Recent research has shown that first impressions really count and spelling or grammatical errors can damage sales and reputations. Having an experienced second pair of eyes look over your written communications will ensure they are consistent and professional.

Audio transcription

Alex can transcribe your minutes, trip reports, interviews, employee performance reviews or disciplinary meetings from digital audio files. The fixed rate for transcription is based on the length of the recording so you will know the cost upfront.

Spreadsheets / Data entry

Using Microsoft Office Excel Alex can set up and maintain spreadsheets and databases and produce reports and charts.


Whether you want to keep in touch with your contacts via post, email or send regular newsletters, Alex can help. With postal mailings the envelopes can be handwritten for a more personal approach.

Internet research

Do you need to research your competitors’ products and services? Perhaps you need to source an unusual product or gift at the best price? Do you need to carry out some background research in advance of a meeting or presentation? Alex can carry this out on your behalf and present you with a report of the findings.

Customer collections

We can contact your debtors by telephone, mail or e-mail to secure payment and help your cash flow.


Your presentations can be prepared in Microsoft Office PowerPoint for sales visits, seminars, and conferences. Speaker’s notes and handouts can also be prepared to accompany the presentation.
