Additional expenses such as telephone calls, postage and stationery are charged at cost. There may also be additional costs for printing.

Visits to the client’s premises to discuss projects, or to collect or deliver work is charged at £0.45 per mile. Unfortunately it is not possible to accommodate visitors to AH Administration’s premises.

Bookings are taken by telephone, e-mail or mail. Following the initial request, an estimate of the cost will be forwarded and work will commence once the client has approved the estimate and forwarded any required deposit.

Confidentiality

All work is undertaken in the strictest confidence. We will not disclose any client details or business data to a third party without the client’s consent. A confidentiality agreement is available on request.

Delivery formats and storage

We currently use Microsoft Office Professional 2007 and therefore projects are normally undertaken using one of the following packages:

  • Microsoft Office Word
  • Microsoft Office Excel
  • Microsoft Office Publisher
  • Microsoft Office PowerPoint

Please advise if you have any software compatibility concerns so we may carry out a test by e-mailing a sample document.

Completed projects will be backed up on hard disk and retained on file for one month following the client’s acceptance of the work, unless otherwise agreed. After this time files may be erased. The client should therefore ensure all completed projects are saved and backed up locally. We cannot be held responsible for loss of projects after one month.

Limitation of liability

Although AH Administration endeavours to complete all work to the highest standard, final proofreading of all completed work is the responsibility of the client.

The client should notify us of any errors as soon as possible so that we may rectify them free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by errors which were not brought to our attention before publication.

AH Administration holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
