Audio Transcription
I needed my PhD interviews to be transcribed and I am not a typist so I Googled for a local person on the off chance and found Alex two roads away, and what a find...accurate to 99% transcribing material from a very closed organisation with lots of acronyms.
Alex is responsive and fast so that when I said a particular interview was high value she put that one to the front of the queue; willing and able to complete a data trail sheet so that I can manage the transcriptions –
I am using Alex’s services again as I carry out more interviews in an extended study and am looking to put her on contract to do audio transcriptions for the organisation that I work for. And best of all as I am self-funding she is very good value.

Proofreading
When I decided to outsource work to a third party I had a slight concern about confidentiality...
...but I trusted Alex on instinct after meeting her at networking events and indeed I have found her to be totally trustworthy.

Software training
Alex helped me to get to grips with a newsletter program. She is organised in the way she works, and is extremely patient, giving me time to get my head around things.
